1. Business address
Legal address is required for company registration in Latvian Enterprise Register.

- per year – EUR 330 + VAT (one month rent is free).
A security deposit in the amount of EUR 72.60) is required at the signing of the rental agreement.
2. Mailbox rental and mail processing
If you need an address just for receiving mail, we offer mailbox rental and mail processing services. This is convenient, cheap and safe. The service includes receiving of your mail and informing you about it. We will inform you via e-mail or by calling you about all mail that you receive including parcels that are delivered by a courier. If you wish, we will open your mail, scan it and e-mail it to you. Later you can pick up your mail in our office. Confidentiality of your mail is guaranteed.
The service includes:
- mail collection, storing and forwarding;
- e-mail alerts on incoming mail;
- mail scanning and forwarding via e-mail;
- mail forwarding to client’s actual address (additional post expense charges apply).
Price:
The monthly mailbox rental is EUR 30 + VAT.
The minimal rent period is 1 year.
Rental payment options are as follows:
- for 3 months – EUR 90 + VAT;
- for 6 months – EUR 180 +VAT;
- per year – EUR 330 + VAT (discount for one month rental payment).
Minimum contract closing time – 1 year. To conclude a contract the payment of security deposit (EUR 72.60) is required.
3. Virtual Office
