Sales and Customer Care Assistant

Your tasks will include:

• preparation of rental agreements, documents for registration of new companies and documents for sale of companies (based on existing examples);
• communication with Clients;
• assistance in preparation and analysis of budgets and management reports;
• development of accounting service line;
• documenting and improving internal procedures;
• executing all other tasks required for successful business development.

You will see from inside how a business really works and participate in the work. You will learn how to communicate with Clients and colleagues. You will develop your project management skills and ability to work in multitasking environment. You will improve your foreign language skills and computer literacy. You will understand the importance of deadlines and hard work and will have to work overtime when needed. You will get knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.

If you demonstrate good results, you will have a choice to stay in the Company to support its continuous growth, move to accounting and financial consulting in Assistants to Business, or participate in development of other businesses.

Your salary will be low until you will be able to demonstrate your professionalism and value to the Company. After that you will receive remuneration and benefits commensurate with achieved results.
